Our cliënt is a Venezuelan company offering solutions for measurement and industrial
process control. Our client solves measurement problems in industrial processes with open and scalable, state-o-the-art technology adding value in precision, liability and safety. Operating for customers in the oil and gas industry worldwide and is now opening a European office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

In order to deliver the same level of quality, expertise and service all over the world and is recruiting several professionals to support its expanding business. For our client we are looking for a contract administrator. In this position you will be responsible for monitoring and safeguarding correct follow-up of purchase orders and ales contracts within the organization and externally with respect to clients. You will monitor quality, delivery times, and compliance with respect to the terms and conditions of the various orders and contracts.

This position offers you the possibility to work in an international office of a Latin-American company, growing and expanding its business towards Europe and the Middle-East. With a small and dedicated team of highly skilled Spanish and English speaking professionals you will contribute to setting up a successful business and play an important part in maintaining the high standard of quality and service that clients trust upon.

We would like to invite candidates who meet the following requirements to apply:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law or administration
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a (legal ) support position
- Experience in the field of process automation and/or the oil and gas industry
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, Dutch is a big plus.
