As a Legal Counsel you will advise, structure and coordinate all legal issues relating to the Meltwater Group. The focus is on corporate and business law. You will liaise with external lawyers, civil law notaries, banks, auditors, accounting firms and work together with management and colleagues from other disciplines worldwide. You will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day legal corporate affairs. Your main task will be the structuring and coordination of all different kinds of corporate and business law related processes within Meltwater, amongst others the implementation of incorporation processes of new legal entities worldwide. Furthermore you are responsible for all kinds of registration formalities, compliance matters and administrative legal tasks.

A talented legal counsel, with a master or bachelor degree or equivalent in law. At least three years operational experience with corporate law/corporate structures. You are able to work independently and as a team player among professionals in other disciplines and countries. Affinity with finance, accounting and economics. You are flexible, pro-active, down to earth and focussed on getting the job done and setting the right priorities. A result driven enthusiastic team player with strongly developed organizing skills. Fluent English language skills.
